Newly Qualified Solicitor

Together, a leading UK-based financial services provider specializing in mortgages and secured loans, is seeking a Newly Qualified Solicitor to join their in-house Legal Team in Cheadle, Cheshire. In this role, the solicitor will manage a high-volume portfolio of litigation matters within a regulated financial services environment. Responsibilities include handling customer legal claims, particularly those arising from claims management companies, and security enforcement. The position also involves supervising junior team members, analyzing data trends, and collaborating with various business stakeholders to inform decision-making.

Ideal candidates will have experience managing litigation matters in a financial services setting, with a strong understanding of the Civil Procedure Rules. Proficiency in drafting court documents, case management, and risk assessment is essential. The role requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to manage competing priorities, and effective communication with internal stakeholders.
