Senior Motion Designer

AlphaSense is seeking a Senior Motion Designer to join its Brand & Creative team, a group dedicated to delivering world-class brand experiences through innovative storytelling and design. AlphaSense, a leader in AI-driven market intelligence, serves over 6,000 enterprise customers, including a majority of the S&P 500. The company is headquartered in New York City with offices across the globe.

In this role, the Senior Motion Designer will be responsible for defining and executing the visual language of the brand in motion. This includes creating high-fidelity motion graphics for brand campaigns, product launches, social channels, and executive keynotes. The designer will also develop repeatable animation systems that leverage AI to streamline workflows and reduce manual tasks.

The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in motion graphics and animation, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in timing, physics, typography, and storytelling. Experience in animating SaaS and complex UI systems is essential, along with proficiency in After Effects and the Adobe Suite. Familiarity with 3D tools like C4D or Blender, as well as AI tools such as Stable Diffusion and Runway Gen-3, is highly desirable.
