Senior Media Activation Executive
The Senior Media Activation Executive at WPP Media is a pivotal role within the Media Futures Group (MFG) APAC activation team, focusing on executing tactical planning, setup, and activation of social media and programmatic campaigns across multiple countries for the Google client. This position leverages self-service ad platforms and demand-side platforms to drive direct response objectives, such as traffic acquisition and return on ad spend, utilizing real-time auction bidding strategies.
Key responsibilities include supporting 2-4 markets for Google Play Store, managing end-to-end campaigns from client brief to channel planning, execution, quality assurance, and reporting. The role demands timely campaign launches in compliance with platform best practices, consistent delivery on daily and weekly tasks, and meeting campaign objectives by the end of each quarter. Additionally, the executive is expected to develop a growing knowledge of media planning fundamentals, tactical essentials, and the ad-tech ecosystem specific to the APAC markets.
The ideal candidate possesses 1-2 years of experience in activating Google Ads platforms or social channels like Meta, TikTok, Reddit, or LINE. Essential skills include high attention to detail, excellent organizational abilities, strong analytical skills with a natural affinity for numbers, proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, and a demonstrable interest in social, programmatic, search, advertising, or marketing technology. A passion for digital marketing and an active understanding of industry trends are also crucial.
