OpenTable is seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist to lead and implement multifaceted events across international markets, with a focus on the EMEA region. This role is integral to OpenTable's mission of connecting diners and restaurants through innovative experiences. The position is based in London, UK, operating on a hybrid model with two in-office days per week.

The Senior Marketing Specialist will collaborate closely with the Senior Marketing Manager, Events, and the broader International Marketing team. Key responsibilities include developing and executing industry-facing B2B and integrated B2C events, such as customer dinners, partnership events, thought-leadership series, trade shows, sponsorships, and diner-facing events like chef collaborations and food festivals. The role also involves creating marketing materials, branded giveaways, and hospitality initiatives to strengthen OpenTable's presence in the restaurant community.

Candidates should possess a minimum of 5 years of event management experience, with full working proficiency in German; additional European languages like French or Italian are advantageous. The role requires a proactive, solution-oriented self-starter with meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills. A passion for the dining scene and a solid understanding of the hospitality industry are essential. Proficiency with technologies such as Salesforce and a comfort with data analysis, including KPIs and ROI measurement, are also required.
