Senior Manager, Product Research (UX/UR)
As Senior Manager of Product Research at ShopMy, you will engage directly with users to understand their needs and pain points. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to shape product strategy and surface actionable insights that enhance the experiences of creators, shoppers, and brands on the platform.
Your primary responsibilities will include owning and driving the research roadmap in partnership with Product, Success, and Sales teams. You will lead end-to-end user research efforts across multiple product areas, from generative discovery to evaluative testing. Additionally, you will execute UX and usability testing initiatives, translating insights into design and product improvements that enhance user experience.
The ideal candidate will have over six years of experience in product or UX research, preferably in a fast-paced B2B or B2C startup environment. Expertise in both generative and evaluative research methods, exceptional communication and storytelling skills, and the ability to build cross-functional relationships are essential. Experience with creator tools, marketplaces, or e-commerce products is a plus.
Compensation for this role ranges from $160,000 to $180,000 annually, with equity in ShopMy.
