Klaviyo is seeking a Senior Manager, Partner Operations to drive the evolution of our global partner ecosystem. This role focuses on ensuring that our services, technology, and strategic alliances deliver measurable value to Klaviyo, our partners, and our customers. As a key connector between strategy and execution, you will own the operational infrastructure, analytics, and processes that support our agency, tech, and product partnerships.

In this highly cross-functional position, you will collaborate closely with partner leadership, marketing, sales, product, enablement, and go-to-market operations teams. Your responsibilities include scaling partner programs, defining key performance indicators, streamlining processes, and ensuring operational excellence throughout the partner lifecycle. This role requires a strong mix of strategic thinking, data analysis, systems expertise, and hands-on execution.

Key responsibilities encompass designing and managing scalable partner operations infrastructure, including onboarding, training, support, and co-selling workflows. You will integrate partner motions into our core go-to-market systems and reporting, develop partner tiering frameworks, benefits, and incentive models, and implement mechanisms to track partner program objectives and key results. Additionally, you will define and monitor key partner performance metrics, lead annual planning processes for the partnerships team, and stay informed on industry trends to ensure Klaviyo’s partner ecosystem remains best-in-class.

The ideal candidate has 8–10 years of experience in partner or channel operations, go-to-market strategy, revenue operations, or management consulting, preferably in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment. A minimum of 3 years of direct experience with partner programs is required. Strong understanding of Salesforce, partner relationship management platforms, and business intelligence tools is essential. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to manage complex projects and influence cross-functional stakeholders, are critical. A bachelor's degree is required; an MBA or equivalent experience is preferred.

Klaviyo offers a competitive base salary ranging from $152,000 to $228,000, determined by factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, education, and work location. Our total compensation package may include participation in the company’s annual cash bonus plan, equity, sign-on payments, and a comprehensive range of health, welfare, and wellbeing benefits based on eligibility.
