Klaviyo is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the Mid-Enterprise Partner Account Management team. In this role, you will oversee a group of Partner Account Managers, ensuring they are equipped to achieve their objectives. This position involves refining the partner engagement model, collaborating with the Partner Marketing team, and driving revenue growth. Your leadership will be instrumental in enhancing the partner experience and aligning team efforts with company goals.

Key responsibilities include recruiting, training, and developing Partner Managers within the Mid-Enterprise segment to meet specific business targets on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. You will monitor forecasts and key performance indicators, enable your team to effectively manage partner relationships, articulate Klaviyo's value proposition, differentiate the company from competitors, and drive co-marketing initiatives alongside the ecosystem marketing team. Additionally, you will act as a thought leader in the industry, representing Klaviyo at various events.

The ideal candidate has over six years of experience in relationship building, demonstrating strong influencing and management skills. Experience in partnerships or sales with direct revenue targets is essential. You should be comfortable teaching team members how to develop new partnerships and enhance existing ones. A background in SaaS account management, channel, or sales experience spanning four to six years is required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to present confidently to large groups, are also necessary.

This position offers a base salary ranging from $140,000 to $210,000, depending on factors such as skills, experience, and location. The total compensation package may include participation in the company's annual cash bonus plan, variable compensation for sales roles, equity, sign-on payments, and a comprehensive range of health, welfare, and wellbeing benefits.
