Senior Manager, Finance Systems

Cognism is seeking a Senior Manager, Finance Systems to lead the management and optimization of its finance software stack, including integrations and automation. This role is pivotal in supporting core financial processes such as Quote-to-Invoice, Procure-to-Pay, Forecast-to-Budget, Hire-to-Retire, Compliance-to-Control, and Asset-to-Depreciation. The company's CRM is Salesforce, and its ERP system is NetSuite.

The Senior Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the finance systems roadmap, leading vendor selection and integration projects, automating core finance processes, and ensuring data integrity across systems. Additionally, the role involves creating requirements and specifications, conducting user acceptance testing, delivering training and documentation, managing system incidents, and collaborating with various departments and external vendors.

Candidates should have over seven years of hands-on experience managing finance systems in a SaaS environment, with strong expertise in NetSuite configuration, integration, and reconciliation, as well as familiarity with Salesforce. Proficiency with middleware/iPaaS, APIs, data management (SQL/CSV/transforms), and automation (scripting/RPA) is essential. A proven track record in vendor implementations, cross-functional project delivery, and excellent stakeholder management, documentation, and training skills are also required.
