As Senior Manager, CRM at Cognism, you will serve as a strategic partner to the Sales organization, ensuring the seamless operation, optimization, and scalability of the Salesforce ecosystem. Cognism is a leading provider of European B2B data and sales intelligence, empowering businesses to connect with qualified decision-makers efficiently. This role is integral to enhancing processes, driving adoption, and ensuring that Salesforce supports both current needs and future growth.

Your primary responsibilities will include managing the end-to-end Salesforce environment, encompassing Sales Cloud, CPQ, and OwnBackup. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and other departments to provide insights and recommendations that optimize performance and guide strategy. Additionally, you will proactively identify opportunities to improve Salesforce functionality, maintain data quality and security, and support data migration and CRM integration from subsidiary companies.

The ideal candidate will possess strong Salesforce expertise, with at least 3 years of experience administering Salesforce and a Certified Salesforce Administrator credential. A solid understanding of Salesforce best practices, data integrity, and controlled deployments is essential. Excellent communication skills are required to effectively manage stakeholders and train users across technical and non-technical audiences.
