As a Senior Manager Ad Operations, you will be responsible for the precise technical implementation of online campaigns for our clients, particularly in complex setups. This includes the realization of dynamic creatives, accurate targeting, and comprehensive tracking to ensure optimal campaign performance.
Your key responsibilities will involve ensuring the quality assurance of individual creatives, providing expert advice to our agencies on the technical execution of campaigns across various ad servers, and acting as a central liaison between campaign management, external partners, and publishers. Your role is crucial in facilitating the seamless delivery and optimal performance of digital advertising initiatives.
The ideal candidate will possess a completed degree or training in marketing, media, business, or a related field. A strong affinity for digital topics and technical contexts is essential, along with initial experience in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and/or ad servers. A commitment to continuous learning, structured and independent working style, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are also required. Fluency in German and good English communication skills are necessary.
