Senior / Lead Product Manager – AI & Platform Products
Zenoti is seeking a Senior or Lead Product Manager to spearhead the development of AI-powered, customer-facing products that enhance revenue, conversion, retention, and operational efficiency for service-based SMBs, including salons, spas, medspas, and fitness centers. This role is pivotal in integrating AI solutions within Zenoti's comprehensive, cloud-based software platform, which manages various business aspects such as online bookings, POS, CRM, and inventory management.
The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying high-impact problems where AI can significantly improve outcomes, and delivering scalable solutions from concept to adoption. This involves collaborating closely with engineering, data science, design, and go-to-market teams to develop products that drive substantial business metrics. Key responsibilities include owning AI-enabled product areas end-to-end, defining the appropriate use of AI versus other methods, translating customer problems into clear product strategies, and leading product launches with clear narratives tied to customer ROI.
Candidates should possess strong product judgment, proven experience in taking products from idea to measurable impact, and the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. Excellent communication skills and comfort operating in fast-paced environments are essential. Technical expectations include experience with AI-powered product features, understanding of model limitations and trade-offs, familiarity with modern AI tooling and workflows, and a solid grounding in cloud, web, mobile, and data-driven systems. A technical or engineering background is strongly preferred, along with over four years of experience in a Product Manager or Technical Product Manager role.
