Box is seeking a Senior IT Support Engineer I to join its IT End User Services team in Warsaw, Poland. The IT End User Services team is dedicated to delivering technical services and support to employees worldwide, aiming to enhance productivity and ensure seamless operations.

In this role, the Senior IT Support Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving a variety of end-user issues, including those related to mobile devices, desktops, audio/video equipment, and peripherals. The position involves procurement, asset, and inventory management for all IT hardware and software. The engineer will collaborate with departments such as Facilities, Sales, Engineering, and People Operations to manage IT communications between headquarters and remote offices. Additional duties include performing system imaging, application configurations, and enforcing security policies, with daily onsite office support from Monday to Friday.

The ideal candidate will have over four years of experience in an IT support role, with working knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems, as well as Lenovo and Apple hardware. A comprehensive understanding of networking concepts is essential, and certifications in networking or desktop operating systems are advantageous. Experience with voice and video conferencing solutions, such as Zoom or RingCentral, is beneficial. The candidate should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Polish, demonstrate high energy and passion for their work, and exhibit strong teamwork abilities.
