Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, a leading global law firm with offices across North America, Asia, Europe, and the Middle East, is seeking a Senior IP Trademark Docket Specialist to join their Trademark and Copyright practice group. This role is based in Washington, D.C., with a hybrid in-office/remote working schedule. The Senior IP Trademark Docket Specialist will play a pivotal role in maintaining the firm's trademark computerized docket system and will work closely with the Docket Supervisor, Senior Manager of Trademark Portfolio Services, attorneys, and staff within the practice group.

In this leadership position, the Senior IP Trademark Docket Specialist will oversee the docketing team to ensure compliance with firm and practice group standards. Key responsibilities include maintaining docket due dates and remarks in the firm's trademark computerized docket system, adapting to specific docketing procedures for certain clients while adhering to firm policies, processing incoming electronic communications, conducting quality checks on work performed by trademark docket clerks and specialists, programming and delivering docket reports to attorneys and legal staff, monitoring daily dockets, and generating new trademark matter number request reports.

Candidates should possess a high school diploma and have 5 to 7 years of trademark docketing experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with CPI is preferred. Strong written and oral communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, time management and organizational skills, the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and iManage are essential. A team-oriented attitude and the ability to build relationships with a diverse range of individuals are also important.

The compensation for this position ranges from $84,200 to $134,600 annually, depending on experience and location.
