Klaviyo offers a competitive base salary ranging from $104,000 to $156,000, depending on factors such as job-related skills, experience, education, and work location. The total compensation package may also include participation in the company's annual cash bonus plan, variable compensation for sales and customer success roles, equity, sign-on payments, and a comprehensive range of health, welfare, and wellbeing benefits.
