Senior Field Marketing Manager, Enterprise
Box is seeking a Senior Field Marketing Manager to join its West Marketing team, focusing on driving growth across the West region. This role involves close collaboration with sales teams to develop and execute marketing strategies that generate pipeline, accelerate deals, and strengthen customer relationships. The position is based in Redwood City or San Francisco, California.
The Senior Field Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing field marketing strategies that generate pipeline and revenue across the West region. This includes planning and executing integrated marketing initiatives such as regional events, digital campaigns, and webinars. Additionally, the role involves creating and managing an executive engagement program, including invitation-only events and targeted executive messaging to build C-suite relationships and capture strategic insights. The manager will also analyze pipeline performance and program results to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
The ideal candidate will have over six years of B2B marketing experience, with a background in field marketing, demand generation, or integrated campaigns. Proven experience partnering closely with sales teams to drive pipeline and revenue growth is essential. The candidate should have experience building and executing multi-touch marketing programs across various channels, including events and digital campaigns. Strong analytical skills and proficiency with marketing and sales platforms such as Salesforce, 6sense, or Tableau are also required. Experience managing executive campaigns and working with C-level contacts is a plus.
Box offers a competitive salary range of $155,500 to $165,000 USD for this position.
