Senior Field Marketing Manager, Commercial
Box is seeking a Senior Field Marketing Manager to join its Commercial Marketing team, focusing on driving growth within the Mid-Market segment. This role involves close collaboration with sales teams to develop and execute marketing strategies that generate pipeline, accelerate deals, and strengthen customer relationships. The position is available in multiple locations, including Redwood City, Austin, Chicago, New York City, and San Francisco.
The Senior Field Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing field marketing strategies that generate pipeline and revenue across Mid-Market, Canada, and Legal segments. This includes planning and executing integrated marketing initiatives such as industry events, executive programs, digital campaigns, and webinars. The role also involves analyzing pipeline performance and program results to identify opportunities for growth and optimization, as well as managing external agencies and vendors to support program execution.
Candidates should have over six years of B2B marketing experience, particularly in field marketing, demand generation, or integrated campaigns. Proven experience partnering closely with sales teams to drive pipeline and revenue growth is essential. The role requires a strong analytical mindset, experience with marketing and sales platforms such as Salesforce, 6sense, or Tableau, and excellent communication and collaboration skills. Legal industry marketing experience is considered a plus.
Box offers a competitive salary range of $140,500 to $165,000 USD for this position, along with equity and comprehensive benefits.
