The Senior Field Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing field marketing strategies that generate pipeline and revenue across Mid-Market, Canada, and Legal segments. Key responsibilities include planning and executing integrated marketing initiatives such as industry events, executive programs, digital campaigns, and webinars. The role also involves analyzing pipeline performance and program results to identify opportunities for growth and optimization, as well as acting as a trusted partner to sales, marketing, and go-to-market teams.

Candidates should have over six years of B2B marketing experience with a background in field marketing, demand generation, or integrated campaigns. Proven experience partnering closely with sales teams to drive pipeline and revenue growth is essential. The role requires a strong analytical mindset with experience using marketing and sales data to inform strategy, as well as proficiency with marketing and sales platforms such as Salesforce, 6sense, or Tableau. Legal industry marketing experience is considered a plus.

Box offers a competitive salary range of $140,500 to $165,000 USD for this position.
