Senior Field Marketing Manager, Commercial
Box is seeking a Senior Field Marketing Manager to join its Commercial Marketing team, focusing on driving growth within the Mid-Market segment. This role involves close collaboration with sales teams to develop and execute marketing strategies that generate pipeline, accelerate deals, and strengthen customer relationships. The Senior Field Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing field marketing strategies that generate pipeline and revenue across Mid-Market, Canada, and Legal segments. Key responsibilities include partnering closely with sales leadership to align marketing programs with business priorities, planning and executing integrated marketing initiatives such as industry events, executive programs, digital campaigns, and webinars, and analyzing pipeline performance to identify opportunities for growth and optimization. Additionally, the role involves acting as a trusted partner to sales, marketing, and go-to-market teams, ensuring regional programs align with global campaigns and broader marketing initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have over six years of B2B marketing experience, with a background in field marketing, demand generation, or integrated campaigns. Proven experience partnering closely with sales teams to drive pipeline and revenue growth is essential. The candidate should have experience building and executing multi-touch marketing programs across various channels, possess a strong analytical mindset with experience using marketing and sales data to inform strategy, and be proficient with marketing and sales platforms such as Salesforce, 6sense, or Tableau. Legal industry marketing experience is a plus.
