The Senior Engineering Manager - Ecosystem Integrations and Solutions at Canva leads the Solutions Sub Group within the Integrations and Solutions group, part of Canva's Ecosystem supergroup. This role oversees three interconnected functions: the Solution Engineering team, the Developer Toolkits team, and the System Integrator program. Together, these teams are pivotal in delivering and scaling Canva's product portfolio across enterprise customers, AI platform partners, and external developers.
Key responsibilities include managing the System Integrator program by establishing partnerships, defining quality standards, and setting strategic direction. The role also involves leading the Solution Engineering team to bridge Canva's technical capabilities with complex enterprise partner needs, supporting high-value deals through architectural guidance and integration design. Additionally, the manager guides the Developer Toolkits team to enhance developer experiences and ensure that toolkits and documentation evolve alongside AI integrations and agentic workflows.
The ideal candidate has experience leading engineering teams in partnerships or platform contexts, with a strong understanding of managing external relationships such as vendor partnerships and System Integrator programs. They should possess strong commercial instincts, translating technical capabilities into customer and business value, and be comfortable collaborating with sales, partnerships, and marketing teams. The ability to manage diverse team types simultaneously and apply different leadership approaches is essential.
