The Senior Director of Partner Marketing at Actionstep will lead the development of co-marketing infrastructure, partner enablement systems, and metrics to drive scalable partner growth across regions, enhancing collaboration and accountability for revenue generation. This role is pivotal in transforming the partner channel into a repeatable, scalable growth engine, operating across North America, the UK, and Australia/New Zealand. The position reports to the Chief Marketing Officer and works closely with the Chief Alliances Officer and the alliances organization to build the necessary frameworks for generating, qualifying, and closing mid-market pipelines.

Key responsibilities include building and maintaining a tiered partner model that focuses resources on high-yield relationships, developing standardized co-marketing frameworks and campaign toolkits, and creating a Market Development Fund (MDF) program with clear criteria and ROI tracking. The role also involves training partner managers to effectively engage in marketing conversations, developing a partner enablement program to ensure partners can independently convey Actionstep's mid-market narrative, and establishing clean attribution for partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipelines in collaboration with Marketing Operations and the Chief Revenue Officer's team.

The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in B2B channel or partner marketing within the SaaS industry, with a proven track record of building programs from early-stage or low-structure environments. Essential qualifications include the ability to design and run co-marketing programs, MDF structures, and partner portals with direct accountability for pipeline output. Experience operating in a private equity-backed or high-growth environment is crucial. Desirable qualifications include direct experience within the legal tech ecosystem or professional services associations, and multi-market experience across North America and APAC or EMEA.

Compensation for this role ranges from $160,000 to $170,000 annually.
