Actionstep is seeking an Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team. This role focuses on expanding our customer base within the legal industry by effectively communicating the value of our SaaS legal practice management solutions. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving revenue growth and enhancing client success.

Key responsibilities include prospecting and developing relationships with potential clients, qualifying and closing inbound leads, and performing outbound sales activities to build a robust sales pipeline. The Account Executive will lead product demonstrations, nurture client relationships, and collaborate with marketing and product teams to execute effective sales strategies. Participation in industry events and networking opportunities is also expected to enhance market presence.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of SaaS sales experience, preferably within the legal tech sector. Proficiency in presenting and leading product demonstrations, strong communication skills, and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment are essential. Experience with legal accounting practices and technology platforms is highly desirable.
