Product Management Director (New Products)
Actionstep is seeking a Product Management Director to lead the development of new products and add-on modules within our legal practice management platform. This role is pivotal in expanding our product portfolio and integrating advanced AI functionalities to enhance customer value and drive revenue growth. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to bring innovative, market-ready solutions to our global clientele.
The Product Management Director will own the end-to-end roadmap for new products, focusing on identifying high-value opportunities through customer insights and competitive analysis. Responsibilities include balancing commercial viability, customer needs, technical feasibility, and time-to-market considerations. The role also involves leading rigorous discovery processes to validate market demand and overseeing the successful launch and adoption of new modules.
Candidates should have over 10 years of product management experience, including a proven track record of launching new products or modules. Strong commercial acumen, experience with pricing and go-to-market strategies, and exceptional communication skills are essential. Experience in the legal industry or with workflow-intensive SaaS products is advantageous, as is familiarity with developing AI-enhanced products. Leadership experience with distributed teams is also required.
