The role is based in San Francisco, CA, Norwalk, CT, or New York, NY, with a hybrid work model requiring two days per week in the office.

Key responsibilities include leading and developing a high-performing team of People Partners, both in the U.S. and internationally. The Senior Director will establish clear expectations for business acumen, judgment, and impact across the team, coaching them to operate as proactive, strategic advisors. Additionally, the role involves guiding organizational design decisions, overseeing performance management, merit planning, talent reviews, and succession planning processes, and ensuring alignment with global employment laws and company policies.

Candidates should possess over 15 years of progressive HR Business Partner and management experience, with a proven track record of supporting executive and senior leadership teams in global, fast-scaling tech or tech-adjacent companies. Strong business acumen, sound judgment, and the ability to navigate high-stakes situations are essential. The ideal candidate will demonstrate executive presence, effective communication skills, and a collaborative leadership style focused on action and results.

The compensation for this role ranges from $215,000 to $260,000 annually.
