Strong collaboration skills with finance, legal, and operations departments are essential to optimize contract terms and close deals. The candidate should demonstrate the ability to develop and implement customer- and value-focused pricing models, be a self-starter with strong analytical and decision-making skills, and have excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in both Japanese and English is required, along with a four-year university degree.
