Senior Data Analyst
As a Senior Data Analyst at Jusbrasil, you will play a pivotal role within the Product team, reporting directly to a Senior Product Manager or Group Product Manager. Jusbrasil is an AI-first company dedicated to transforming the justice system through technology, leveraging generative AI, massive datasets, and cutting-edge engineering to address complex challenges and create impactful solutions at scale.
In this role, you will be responsible for gathering critical information and data to support the Product team in analyzing success indicators and identifying potential interferences. Your day-to-day tasks will include analyzing scenarios, responding to business-relevant questions based on use cases, and highlighting performance metrics and areas for improvement. You will provide analyses for both current products, offering data and insights to optimize existing product performance, and long-term planning, supplying analyses and data to support strategic planning and future product decisions. Additionally, you will demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the business, identifying bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement in the user journey, and collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure analyses meet the needs and priorities of all sectors, resulting in a more cohesive product.
The ideal candidate will possess strong influence and stakeholder management skills, capable of building trust in analytical recommendations. You should have an analytical mindset and problem-solving autonomy, with the ability to break down complex problems into smaller parts for easier analysis and interpretation. A business-oriented approach is essential, generating insights that align with the company's strategy to achieve planned objectives. Proficiency in defining and monitoring KPIs, advanced SQL skills, a solid understanding of basic statistics, and the ability to present insights clearly to various stakeholders are also required. Experience with data visualization tools such as Data Viz, Looker, Metabase, DataStudio, or PowerBI is necessary.
Preferred qualifications include experience with data modeling tools, such as experimentation, hypothesis testing, model testing, regressions, Python, or R. Familiarity with statistical hypothesis testing and confidence intervals, data modeling to diagnose and improve data structures, experience handling large and complex datasets, and a strong product sense with experience conducting analyses for product teams are also desirable.
