Senior Customer Success Manager
Zenoti is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to join our team in Seattle, Washington. In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to our clients, guiding them through product adoption, best practices, and long-term growth strategies. Your ability to combine technical knowledge with strong communication and relationship-building skills will be essential to driving customer satisfaction and retention.
As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will develop strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and challenges to drive adoption and success. You will become a subject matter expert in Zenoti’s platform, proactively exploring features and functionalities to deliver maximum value to customers. Your responsibilities will include analyzing customer challenges, developing solutions to enhance their experience, leveraging customer data to guide decision-making, and working closely with sales, marketing, product, and support teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer success and a laser focus on providing customer value. Strong account portfolio management and prioritization skills are essential, along with excellent written and verbal communication abilities. You should possess strong logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills, as well as a solid understanding of business and technology. Experience dealing with large, complex accounts and building relationships at the C-level is highly desirable. A 4-year degree in engineering or equivalent is required, and a PMP certification is an added advantage.
Zenoti offers a competitive salary range of $85,000 to $110,000 USD, along with opportunities for professional growth, learning, and career advancement.
