Senior Customer Success Manager
The Senior Customer Success Manager at AlphaSense will lead strategic initiatives for complex, high-value accounts within the Financial Services sector. This role involves navigating multi-million dollar global organizations to drive long-term ROI through technical training and ensuring company-wide adoption across multiple business units. The position is based in New York City, where AlphaSense is headquartered.
Key responsibilities include influencing multiple business units and key users within large global organizations to foster positive user sentiment, thereby driving renewals and expansion. The role requires designing multi-quarter adoption roadmaps in collaboration with Account Management peers, aligning AlphaSense's capabilities with clients' business objectives. Additionally, the manager will guide new clients through onboarding, training, and best-practice adoption, both virtually and in person. Leading sophisticated technical discussions regarding Managed Content Providers, APIs, and Large Language Models with technical stakeholders is also a critical aspect of the role.
Candidates should have 3 to 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management, with a proven track record of managing strategic portfolios. Domain knowledge of investment banks, hedge funds, asset management, and other financial institutions is essential. Technical acumen to navigate complex conversations around data integrations, APIs, and AI-driven market intelligence solutions is required. The ability to identify key users who drive sentiment and influence within an account, focusing on high-level business outcomes, is crucial. Excellent communication skills and a demonstrable track record of cross-functional collaboration are also necessary.
