The Senior Associate, Creator Experience at ShopMy is a pivotal role focused on supporting and strategically growing the company's top-earning and high-potential creators. This position involves close collaboration with influential digital talent to ensure they have the necessary resources, insights, and support to maximize their success on the platform. As a key member of the Creator Experience team, the Senior Associate will act as a trusted advisor, providing both high-touch support and scalable guidance to a portfolio of creators.
Key responsibilities include partnering with creators to adopt best practices, unlock new opportunities, and increase revenue on ShopMy. The role requires monitoring creator data to surface tailored recommendations that drive measurable growth. Additionally, the Senior Associate will be responsible for resolving inquiries promptly, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring creators feel supported at every step. Collaboration with internal teams such as Product, Marketing, Client Strategy, and Data is essential to deliver seamless experiences and develop scalable support models.
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree and have 2–4 years of experience in customer success, account management, partnerships, or roles within the creator economy. A strong track record of building and maintaining relationships with high-profile talent is crucial. Excellent communication and organizational skills, sharp attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset are required. Familiarity with creator platforms, affiliate programs, digital marketing tools, and fashion trends is a plus, as is proficiency in Salesforce.
The position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 USD, exclusive of bonus potential or commission. Employees at ShopMy receive equity in the company in addition to cash compensation.
