AlphaSense is seeking a dynamic and ambitious Senior Associate Account Executive to join our expanding Financial Services Sales team, focusing on the Financial Markets segment. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a fast-growing, globally recognized company that is transforming how financial professionals access and act on information. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving new business growth within their designated territory.

In this position, you will own the end-to-end sales process within your territory, targeting hedge funds, asset managers, investment banks, and sell-side research teams. Responsibilities include partnering with Sales Development Representatives to research and prospect new relationships, delivering engaging product demonstrations aligned with client needs, managing product trials in collaboration with Product Specialists to ensure successful client adoption, maintaining a robust pipeline, and delivering accurate forecasting to meet or exceed ambitious sales targets. Additionally, you will act as the voice of the customer, sharing feedback to help shape our product and go-to-market strategies.

The ideal candidate will have over three years of SaaS sales experience, preferably selling into the Financial Services sector. A proven track record in value-based, consultative selling and consistently exceeding quotas in a hunter/new logo role is essential. Business proficiency in Japanese is highly desirable to effectively serve clients in the Japanese-speaking market. Candidates should thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments, demonstrate curiosity and coachability, be comfortable managing demos and full-cycle sales using modern sales tools, and possess strong communication skills to articulate complex, AI-driven solutions across varied audiences. An understanding of buy- and sell-side workflows, market dynamics, and client pain points is also important.
