Candidates should possess a comprehensive understanding of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and their financial operations. A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics is essential. The role requires strong leadership skills to motivate and drive team performance, a proven track record in mentoring junior team members, and excellent communication abilities, particularly in telesales environments.
