The Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Zenoti plays a pivotal role in driving the company's growth by generating and qualifying sales leads. In this role, the SDR is responsible for conducting outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and social media outreach to identify and qualify new sales opportunities. Key tasks include researching target accounts, building relationships with decision-makers, and generating interest in Zenoti's offerings. The SDR will also nurture leads by educating prospects until they are ready for a formal sales presentation, maintaining and expanding a database of potential clients, and collaborating with channel partners to build a robust sales pipeline.

Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience, with proven experience in inside sales, sales, or lead generation. Strong phone presence and the ability to handle a high volume of calls daily are essential. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are required, along with the ability to understand and articulate complex concepts clearly. Proficiency in social networking sites and business directories is necessary, and experience in the salon, spa, medical spa, or fitness industry is considered a plus.
