The Sales Development Representative at Zenoti is responsible for generating and qualifying sales leads through market research, cold calling, and other lead generation tools. This role involves coordinating with the sales team to ensure successful connections with prospective customers, actively pursuing existing leads, and processing leads from marketing campaigns, trade shows, and other events.

Key responsibilities include working with the sales and lead generation teams to source new sales opportunities, performing inbound lead follow-up and outbound prospecting, creating and qualifying opportunities by understanding customer needs, researching accounts to identify and build relationships with key decision-makers, maintaining and expanding a database of prospects, teaming with channel partners to build the sales pipeline, and assessing, qualifying, and transferring leads to the appropriate Account Executive for formal sales presentations.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in inside sales, sales, or lead generation, a strong phone presence with experience in high-volume calling, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, business acumen to understand the landscape of opportunities and prospective customer needs, the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and compellingly, and the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively and independently. Knowledge of social networking sites and popular business directories is required, and experience in the salon, spa, medical spa, or fitness industry is a plus.
