Sales Development Representative
OpenTable is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our team in Manila, Philippines. As a leader in the restaurant reservation industry, OpenTable partners with over 60,000 restaurants worldwide, providing technology solutions that enhance dining experiences. This role is integral to our sales team, focusing on generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth within the Asia Pacific region.
The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for conducting outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach, to identify and engage potential restaurant clients. Key duties include educating prospects about OpenTable's products and services, qualifying leads, and securing appointments for Account Executives. Collaboration with Account Executives to strategize on target accounts and maintaining accurate records of interactions using CRM software are also essential aspects of the role.
Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience in sales development, business development, or a similar role, preferably in the hospitality, technology, or SaaS industry. A proven track record of success in generating leads and meeting sales targets is required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in delivering compelling sales pitches, and familiarity with CRM software are essential. An understanding of the restaurant industry and OpenTable's platform is advantageous.
