Sales Development Representative (DACH)
Bloomreach is seeking a Sales Development Representative (DACH) to join our dynamic team in the Netherlands. This role focuses on expanding our presence in the DACH region by identifying and engaging potential clients. As part of our EMEA team, you will contribute to our mission of revolutionizing customer experiences through AI-driven solutions.
In this position, you will be responsible for generating new business leads, following up on marketing-qualified leads, and converting them into sales-qualified leads. Your daily activities will include cold calling potential customers, building and nurturing relationships, and identifying customer needs to offer appropriate solutions. You will work towards achieving weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets and KPIs, arrange client meetings, conduct product demonstrations, and collaborate with other teams to develop new business opportunities. Additionally, you will research the market to identify potential target customers and attend industry events to generate business leads.
The ideal candidate will have previous new business experience, preferably in a similar industry, with a proven track record of driving sales. Self-motivation, trustworthiness, and a strong desire to succeed are essential. Proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce, Hubspot, or Salesloft is required, along with excellent time management skills and a positive attitude towards selling. A team-oriented mindset and creativity in outbound prospecting are also important. Fluency in German and English is mandatory, and candidates must be based in the Netherlands.
