Robotaxi Technical Operations
The Robotaxi Technical Operations role at Wayve serves as a pivotal link between the Science, Product, Engineering, and Operations teams. The successful candidate will lead critical testing and demonstration programs, including roadshow campaigns, customer-specific initiatives, and on-road validation activities, ensuring seamless execution and feedback integration across global operations.
Key responsibilities encompass converting high-level program plans into clear, actionable on-road strategies in collaboration with Fleet Operations leadership. The role involves coordinating between technical teams and operations to execute both internal and external testing programs, maintaining safety protocols, and capturing valuable feedback. Additionally, the position requires acting as the conduit between model developers, researchers, product teams, and operations to ensure structured feedback loops that drive rapid iteration on features and model performance.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in technical program management or operations roles at the intersection of R&D, product development, and field testing in high-complexity environments such as autonomous systems, robotics, aerospace, or advanced mobility. A proven track record of managing programs requiring tight coordination between technical development teams and operational execution is essential. Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills, along with the ability to influence across teams and functions in fast-paced technology environments, are also critical.
