IEX Group, Inc. is seeking a Risk Management Associate to join its Enterprise Risk and Vendor Management teams. This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate across various departments, contributing to the advancement of IEX's Risk Management Programs. The Risk Management Associate will serve as a primary support for both Vendor Management and Enterprise Risk Management, with approximately 70% focus on Vendor Management and 30% on Enterprise Risk. Key responsibilities include enhancing and maintaining vendor dashboard reporting metrics, improving the functionality of the Gatekeeper system by incorporating AI tools and updating vendor information, integrating the Exchange Risk program into Zen GRC, assisting with risk and control assessments, and reviewing current policies to build a comprehensive control inventory.

Candidates should possess an undergraduate degree in Business Management, Risk Management, Finance, or Economics. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, is essential. The role requires experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously and the ability to work closely with senior executives. Ideal candidates will be self-starters with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, organized and detail-oriented, collaborative team players, and have exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

The position offers a competitive annual base salary between $75,000 and $85,000, depending on factors such as training, transferable skills, and work experience. Additional compensation includes new hire stock equity (RSUs), a 401(k) employer match, and eligibility for bonuses.
