Commercial & Employment Counsel

IEX is seeking a Commercial & Employment Counsel to join its legal team, reporting directly to the Deputy General Counsel. This role involves providing strategic legal advice on commercial transactions and employment matters, supporting the company's mission to build transformative technology in the financial markets.

Key responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various agreements such as customer and vendor contracts, non-disclosure agreements, and employment-related documents. The counsel will also handle complex agreements, support corporate governance, ensure compliance with regulatory filings, and advise on employment policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school, active bar membership in at least one U.S. state, and a minimum of 4 years of legal experience, preferably in a regulated environment related to equities and options markets. Strong drafting, negotiation, and legal research skills are essential.
