Recruiter, Go To Market

Box is seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruiter to join our Go-To-Market (GTM) team. In this role, you will be instrumental in identifying and attracting top talent to drive our sales, marketing, and customer success initiatives. As a key member of the GTM team, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to build a robust pipeline of candidates who align with Box's mission and values.

Your primary responsibilities will include managing the full recruitment lifecycle for GTM positions, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and facilitating offers. You will develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to engage passive candidates and ensure a diverse talent pool. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruiting for sales, marketing, or customer success roles within the tech industry. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to build relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders. Experience with applicant tracking systems and proficiency in leveraging various sourcing tools and platforms are also required.
