In this position, the QA Supervisor - Sr. will oversee a team of QA professionals, guiding testing strategies and ensuring best practices across manual and automated testing workflows. The day-to-day includes managing test plans, coordinating with cross-functional development and product teams, monitoring deliverables, and tracking quality metrics. The role also involves mentoring team members, identifying process improvements, and supporting the release of high-impact features with robust verification.
Candidates for this position should have substantial experience in QA leadership, preferably within SaaS or technology product environments. A solid understanding of both manual and automated test methodologies, test case management tools, and bug tracking systems is essential. Strong communication, organizational, and mentoring skills are required, as well as the ability to work collaboratively in an agile environment. Proficiency in both English and Spanish is highly desirable.
