The analyst will assess the quality of work related to transaction disputes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal risk appetite. Key responsibilities include performing holistic audits of end-to-end transaction dispute cases, monitoring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure timely risk mitigation, identifying emerging risks and procedural gaps, developing comprehensive Monthly Management Information (MI) reports, and analyzing trends to provide strategic feedback that informs training, policy updates, and operational processes.
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in disputes and transaction claims, with a technical understanding of Visa and Mastercard card scheme rules.
