Program Manager

Galaxy is seeking a Program Manager to lead multiple workstreams critical to the firm's long-term objectives. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful outcomes across various business lines within the organization.

The Program Manager will partner with business units to address challenges related to business expansion, regulatory changes, and technology implementation. Responsibilities include translating business requirements into actionable deliverables, managing project lifecycles, and implementing project management processes to ensure successful execution. The role also requires assessing regulatory landscapes to determine business impacts and structuring programs to address regulatory changes.

Candidates should have over seven years of experience in regulatory change, product or project management, business development, or management consulting. Proficiency in project or program management methodologies, the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, and strong communication skills are essential. An interest in cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology, along with familiarity with U.S. regulatory frameworks (SEC, CFTC, OCC), is preferred.
