As a Product Support Specialist at Lighthouse, you will be a key member of our Customer Engagement team, serving as the primary point of contact for clients utilizing our integrated products. In this role, you will implement Lighthouse's integrated products and provide exceptional end-user support. Your responsibilities include investigating and resolving customer inquiries submitted via chat or email, educating users to optimize their use of our products, and developing supporting materials such as user manuals. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams to address client questions, perform technical troubleshooting, and escalate complex issues to the Engineering team when necessary.

The ideal candidate has proven experience in a customer support role, preferably with a technical background. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are essential, along with proficiency in modern support tools and software, including Google Apps. A proactive, customer-first mentality, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure are key attributes. Familiarity with the hotel industry or revenue management principles is a strong plus.
