Product Support Specialist - Implementation
As a Product Support Specialist at Lighthouse, you will be a key member of our Customer Engagement team, serving as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase. In this role, you will implement Lighthouse's integrated products, ensuring seamless onboarding and providing exceptional end-user support. Your responsibilities include investigating and resolving customer inquiries via chat or email, educating users to maximize product utilization, and offering technical troubleshooting assistance. Additionally, you will develop and maintain user manuals and support materials to enhance the customer experience.
The ideal candidate possesses proven experience in a customer support role with a technical background. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are essential, along with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Proficiency with modern support tools and software, including Google Apps, is required. A customer-centric mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments are also key qualifications.
