Technical Support Specialist
The Technical Support Specialist at Lighthouse plays a pivotal role within the Customer Care team, focusing on Business Intelligence (BI) products. This position involves serving as a subject matter expert on integration processes, data validation, and analysis, ensuring clients effectively utilize Lighthouse's AI-driven platform to enhance their commercial strategies. Lighthouse is a leading AI platform in the hospitality industry, transforming extensive hotel data into actionable intelligence to drive revenue growth.
Key responsibilities include managing and resolving customer cases through chat and email, investigating and troubleshooting technical issues related to integration logic, data, and system performance, and collaborating with Engineering, Product, and Business Development teams to address complex challenges. The role also involves educating clients to maximize the value of BI products, supporting AI-driven features, and proactively suggesting improvements to support processes and internal tools.
Candidates should have proven success in customer-facing roles with a strong service mentality, technical proficiency to address complex issues, and an interest in AI-driven tools. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, a detail-oriented mindset, and the ability to perform under pressure are essential. Proficiency with Google Suite and other modern business applications is also required.
