Klaviyo is seeking a Product Owner for GTM Sales Systems to lead the vision, roadmap, and delivery of our core sales domains: Accounts and Opportunities. This role is pivotal in shaping how our sales teams interact with account data and opportunity workflows, ensuring our systems support the rapid scaling of our enterprise go-to-market strategies. While our current platform is Salesforce, we prioritize designing optimal experiences and architectures, selecting the best tools to implement them.

In this position, you will be responsible for defining product requirements, establishing success metrics, conducting discovery processes, managing sprint prioritization, and delivering outcomes that drive key business performance indicators. An AI-first approach is essential, involving the mapping of processes to determine which should be human-led, AI-augmented, or AI-automated, and redesigning workflows accordingly. You will report to the GTS Product Owner team within the CIO organization, which oversees product strategy across all go-to-market business systems.

The ideal candidate thinks in systems rather than individual tasks, considering data architecture, seller workflows, and downstream analytics when evaluating accounts. You should be adept at analyzing pipeline velocity, conversion rates, and forecast accuracy concerning opportunities. A proactive mindset towards automation is crucial, questioning whether AI can handle manual processes to enhance efficiency. Comfort in presenting product visions to executive leadership and writing detailed sprint acceptance criteria is necessary. Deep CRM expertise is required, but flexibility beyond any single platform is expected.

The base salary for this position ranges from $132,000 to $198,000 annually, depending on factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, education, and work location. Additional compensation may include participation in the company's annual cash bonus plan, variable compensation for sales and customer success roles, equity, sign-on payments, and a comprehensive range of health, welfare, and wellbeing benefits based on eligibility.

Klaviyo is committed to empowering creators to own their destiny by making first-party data accessible and actionable. We foster a collaborative environment where ambitious and talented individuals can thrive. Joining our team offers the opportunity to contribute to innovative solutions in the e-commerce space, with support for personal and professional growth.
