Product Marketing Specialist
The Product Marketing Specialist at Octus is an execution-focused role based in our New York City headquarters. This position is ideal for a proactive individual eager to curate content and implement high-impact marketing communications within a dynamic B2B environment. The specialist will collaborate closely with our Product Marketing teams to ensure content is accessible across internal and external channels and that internal teams have the most current materials.
Key responsibilities include leading web tagging initiatives to enhance site architecture, curating and publishing Octus coverage to drive traffic, and optimizing blog posts for SEO and AI Optimization. The specialist will also manage customer, cross-sell, and prospecting newsletter programs, support event and webinar content development, and maintain the library of educational and sales presentations. Additionally, they will report on Product Marketing content usage by the Commercial Team to identify and enhance content performance.
Candidates should have 1–3 years of experience in Product Marketing or Marketing Operations and a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Hands-on experience with web CMS and marketing automation tools like Pardot is required, with experience in Pendo or similar digital adoption tools being a significant plus. The role demands high attention to detail, strong cross-functional skills, and a proactive approach to learning about Octus and its customers.

The base salary range for this position is $80,000 - $90,000, with eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus.
