Marketing Associate
Octus is seeking a Marketing Associate to join its Growth Marketing team in New York City. This entry-level role offers the opportunity to contribute to integrated marketing initiatives that drive pipeline creation, opportunity acceleration, and client engagement. The Marketing Associate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute campaigns and events that support Octus's position as a leading global provider of credit intelligence, data, and analytics.
In this role, the Marketing Associate will plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across email, webinars, events, and digital channels. Responsibilities include managing marketing automation workflows within Pardot, analyzing campaign performance to develop insights, coordinating logistics for in-person and virtual events, and maintaining marketing data in Salesforce. The associate will also manage project timelines and identify opportunities to improve marketing processes and program effectiveness.
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, with 0–1 years of professional marketing experience, including internships. Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills are essential, along with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, as well as an interest in marketing technology platforms such as Pardot or Salesforce. The candidate should be capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate initiative, curiosity, and problem-solving abilities.
Octus offers a competitive base salary range of $75,000 to $85,000 for this position.
