Product Manager, M&A Transactions and Valuations

AlphaSense is seeking a Product Manager to lead the M&A Transactions and Valuations content within its Content organization. This role involves overseeing the integration and management of M&A data, ensuring it aligns with the needs of investment professionals. The Content team is dedicated to sourcing and delivering high-quality structured and unstructured data, supporting AlphaSense's mission to provide AI-driven market intelligence.

The Product Manager will be responsible for identifying market needs, defining content roadmaps, and managing the lifecycle of M&A datasets. This includes evaluating third-party data sources, leading cross-functional teams in data integration projects, and maintaining data integrity through robust quality assurance processes. Collaboration with engineering, operations, and sales teams is essential to successfully launch new content features and enhancements.

Candidates should possess over 10 years of experience in product management, content operations, or related roles within financial institutions or market intelligence firms. Expertise in market data and investment research tools, proficiency in relational databases (preferably SQL), and a strong educational background in finance or economics are required. Experience leading globally distributed teams and a passion for corporate finance and capital markets are also essential.
