Product Manager | Jus IA - Eval

Jusbrasil is seeking a Product Manager to lead the AI model quality and evaluation strategy within the Jus IA team. This role involves defining and measuring the quality of AI outputs, ensuring the reliability and consistency of AI-driven products. The Product Manager will collaborate closely with engineering and technical teams to develop scalable frameworks for model evaluation, balancing automated assessments with human validation processes.

Key responsibilities include establishing criteria for AI output quality, structuring evaluation methodologies, and prioritizing the evaluation roadmap in alignment with the company's strategic goals. The role requires translating complex technical challenges into clear product decisions and connecting these decisions to tangible business impacts.
