Product Manager, Internationalization
The Product Manager, Internationalization at Klaviyo will lead the strategy and execution for expanding Klaviyo's platform into new geographic markets and languages. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver international billing solutions, define localization frameworks, and drive the international growth strategy for complex product areas. The position is based in London, UK, and requires a hybrid work arrangement with three days per week in the office.
Key responsibilities include leading the end-to-end strategy for launching and scaling Klaviyo's platform internationally, working with finance and billing teams to implement multi-currency and new payment methods, and developing localization-as-a-service frameworks to enable product teams to tailor features for new markets. The role also involves adapting strategies based on learnings, partnering with engineering, design, and analytics to set vision and build roadmaps, and using customer insights and market analysis to inform product decisions.
The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in the tech industry, including more than 5 years in product management with a proven track record in international expansion or growth-focused product areas. Experience in a P&L-responsible product role, understanding of international business models, pricing, and growth loops, and familiarity with digital marketing or subscription business models in global markets are essential. Strong technical intuition, customer empathy, data-informed decision-making, and exceptional communication skills are also required. Fluency in a non-English language relevant to Klaviyo's expansion markets is a strong advantage.
Klaviyo offers a competitive base salary for this position, ranging from £56,000 to £84,000 GBP, determined by factors such as job-related skills, experience, education, and work location. The total compensation package may include participation in the company's annual cash bonus plan, equity, and a comprehensive range of health, welfare, and wellbeing benefits based on eligibility.
